Cleared and licensed with Harry Fox Agency, Gus Kahn's original lyrics have not been heard for 60 years. Versions of the song made in the 40's by Sinatra, etc., changed the words and got away from the topic of divorce which was too hot to handle for the conservative radio of the day. THE FINTONS version is updated, modernized and legal.
